Access Storage - Bridgewater

We had a great experience at this storage facility. They were offering a great special and it was just what we needed. The locker was clean and easy to drive up to. Petra was a pleasure to deal with and explained the contract very well. If needed we would use this facility again.

Petra was very personable and extremely pleasant to talk to. Information was provided clearly. The access to the front entrance of the facility was a bit sketchy at times due to construction. Would recommend and use again if needed.

My entire experience was great. Petra greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. She took the time to listen to my needs and made everything simple.

Very convenient if you need to store belongings. Very easy setup. We realized we rented a unit that was too small and Petra was very helpful in helping us get what we needed. We even got a free lock and first month free. Checking out was also seamless. Highly recommend.

Petra is what makes the experience as great as it is! She is very attentive and helpful! She is definitely exceptional 😍 when it comes to customer care and making sure all your storage needs are met. She will try and save you money when she can, and she is honestly just an amazing person! I don't know much about the business! But I've had my stuff in the storage can for 5 or 6 years and when Ted worked there, he lied about the cans, he never answered the phone.
